Dr. Cynthia Bondy ND
Cynthia graduated from the Ontario College of Naturopathic Medicine in 1991 having previously graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry in 1986 from McMaster University.
Cynthia has been practicing and operating Beaches Naturopathic Clinic for over 30 years. She hopes to motivate and educate individuals and families to attain optimum health through the practice of naturopathic principles. With these years of experience, she has been helping individuals of all ages with their various health concerns.
Cynthia uses various in and out-of-office lab tests to assess an individuals’ health status. Nutritional/nutraceutical needs of an individual can be assessed with a thorough medical and family history taking, physical exam, blood, urine, saliva, and/or any newer test Health Canada approves and has available. Cynthia as a practicing naturopathic doctor is governed under CONO , one of 26 colleges under the Regulated Health Profession Act . Cynthia is current as well as always building knowledge through rigorous quality insurance and continuing education programs as required.

Dr. Elena Rossi ND RP
Elena is a registered Naturopathic Doctor with 10 years of post-secondary education in science and healthcare, including a BSc from the University of British Columbia, MSc from the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Toronto, and ND from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. She is also a Registered Psychotherapist with 7 years of training from the Centre for Training in Psychotherapy in Toronto.
As a naturopathic doctor, Elena treats a range of health concerns with a special interest in mental health – especially anxiety, depression, sleep disorders, eating disorders, addictions, and trauma recovery. She uses comprehensive nutritional treatments along with lifestyle counselling, vitamin/mineral/amino acid and herbal medicines, and offers acupuncture treatments as indicated.
As a psychotherapist, Elena has been trained in psychodynamic talk therapy and is available for short-term or long-term psychotherapy for mental health, trauma recovery, and self-exploration.
In every case, whether with physical, mental or emotional health, Elena is dedicated to compassionate care. She works to gain an understanding and awareness of your personal experience, then develops each treatment and therapy to reflect that experience.
Social Worker, Psychotherapist
Alaina Johnston
Alaina is a registered Social Worker and psychotherapist practicing since 2006. Since 2017 she has been working in primary care providing counselling to family physicians’ patients who are experiencing difficulties due to mental health, family stressors, grief and loss, and/or addiction issues. She is also a faculty member at the Center for Mindfulness Studies in Toronto where she runs clinical Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) groups for stress reduction and depression management.
She is extremely passionate about helping people from a holistic perspective and is trained in numerous therapeutic modalities including: Crisis Intervention, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Risk Assessment, Family Systems, Energy Healing, Conflict Resolution, Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP) and Mindfulness Based Interventions.
